If you contact us with a question, to arrange an appointment, or about a service, we use the name, contact details, message content, and information needed for that conversation.
The purpose is to answer your request, arrange an appointment, and manage the contact you initiated. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before providing a service or, depending on the enquiry, our legitimate interest in communicating with clients.
Please share only what is needed for the enquiry. Do not send health or other sensitive information by email; where relevant, this can be discussed in person.
4. The contact form shown on this website
The details you enter (name, email address, optional phone number, chosen topic, and message) are emailed to Gabriella's inbox (g.toth.kozmetika@gmail.com), and a confirmation email is sent to the address you provide. Messages are kept in the inbox for as long as needed to handle your enquiry. Delivery is handled by the website operator's email service; your details are never passed on for marketing purposes.
Retention details and the exact provider information should be refined here once the email workflow is finalised.
5. How long is information kept?
Direct enquiry information is kept only as long as needed to answer the question, arrange the appointment, resolve the related matter, or meet a legal obligation.

6. Who may receive the information?
Enquiries may be accessed by Gabriella and by technical providers needed to operate the service, such as email and website-hosting providers, only to the extent required for their role. Personal information is not sold.
When the embedded OpenStreetMap map on the Contact page loads, the map provider may receive technical information such as the IP address and browser details. OpenStreetMap's own privacy terms may also apply.
If a technical provider handles data outside the European Economic Area, a transfer may take place only with safeguards required by applicable data-protection law. This section must be reviewed when the final provider list is confirmed.
7. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances and legal basis, you may request information and access, correction, deletion, restriction, object to processing, or request data portability. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
