1. General provisions
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) set out the conditions for using the cosmetic and beauty services provided by Gabriella Kozmetika.
By using the services or booking an appointment, the client accepts these Terms.
Gabriella Kozmetika aims to provide cosmetic treatments for every client in a safe, hygienic, calm and high-quality environment.

3. The services
Gabriella Kozmetika offers a range of cosmetic and beauty treatments. The current list, descriptions and prices are available on the website and at the place of service.
Treatments may include, among others, the following areas:
- facial treatments,
- skincare treatments,
- needle-free mesotherapy,
- hydrating and revitalising treatments,
- professional cosmetic skincare,
- other cosmetic treatments listed on the website.
The treatments are cosmetic services. They do not constitute a medical examination, diagnosis or medical treatment, and they do not replace medical care.
4. Booking an appointment
Treatments are available by prior appointment.
Appointments can be booked using the contact details provided by Gabriella Kozmetika or, where available, through an online booking system.
By booking an appointment, the client acknowledges and accepts these Terms and the conditions communicated during booking.
When booking, please provide accurate and valid contact details.
5. Changing and cancelling an appointment
If the client is unable to attend a booked appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance where possible.
Gabriella Kozmetika does not currently charge a cancellation fee, either for appointments cancelled or changed within 24 hours or for non-attendance.
Even so, we kindly ask clients to cancel or change a booked appointment as early as possible so that the time can be offered to another client.
In the case of illness, an unexpected event or other exceptional circumstance, please contact Gabriella as soon as possible.
6. Non-attendance
If the client does not attend a booked appointment without prior notice, this is considered a “no-show”.
Gabriella Kozmetika does not currently charge a fee for non-attendance.
In the case of repeated non-attendance, however, the provider reserves the right to change the conditions for future bookings, for example by requesting prior confirmation or an advance payment.
7. Late arrival
Please arrive a few minutes before the start of the treatment where possible.
In the case of late arrival, the treatment time may be shortened so that the next client's booked appointment is not affected.
In the case of significant delay, the provider is entitled to reschedule the treatment.
8. Health information and contraindications
It is the client's responsibility to inform Gabriella before the treatment of any circumstance that may affect the safe performance of the treatment.
These may include, among others:
- known allergies,
- skin sensitivity,
- previous allergic reactions,
- current skin concerns,
- contagious skin conditions,
- damaged or irritated skin,
- medication, where it may be relevant,
- pregnancy or breastfeeding, where relevant to the treatment concerned,
- previous cosmetic or aesthetic procedures,
- any other circumstances the client considers important.
If Gabriella considers that a treatment would not be safe or appropriate, she is entitled to decline the treatment or to postpone it to a later date.
Where a health condition is uncertain, the client is advised to consult their doctor or an appropriate healthcare professional.
9. Information before treatment
Before the treatment, Gabriella provides information where necessary about:
- the course of the treatment,
- the expected cosmetic effects of the treatment,
- possible temporary skin reactions,
- aftercare following the treatment,
- any contraindications.
The client is entitled to ask questions and, before the treatment begins, to say if any detail is unclear or if further information is wanted.
10. Treatment results
The results of cosmetic treatments may vary from person to person.
Results may be influenced by, among others:
- the condition of the client's skin,
- age,
- skin type,
- lifestyle,
- hormonal factors,
- home skincare routine,
- previous treatments,
- the frequency of treatments,
- individual skin reactions.
Gabriella Kozmetika does not guarantee specific results or results that are identical for every client.
11. Cosmetic products and sensitivity
Professional cosmetic products may be used during treatments, including Solanie products.
The client must notify any known allergy or sensitivity in advance.
If the use of a particular product is not advisable, Gabriella may, where possible, suggest an alternative product or treatment approach.
12. Hygiene and safety
Gabriella Kozmetika pays particular attention to complying with hygiene and safety requirements.
Tools and treatment surfaces are cleaned and disinfected according to the type of treatment.
We also ask clients to maintain appropriate personal hygiene and to cancel or change their appointment in the case of a contagious illness or suspected infection.
13. Contagious illness and cancelling a treatment
For the safety of the client and to protect other clients and the provider, please do not attend a treatment in the case of a contagious illness, fever, active infection or any condition that may pose a risk of infection to others.
In such cases, please contact Gabriella as soon as possible to rearrange the appointment.
14. Payment
Current prices for services are shown on the website and/or at the place of service.
Payment can be made using the payment methods accepted by Gabriella Kozmetika.
The service fee is payable on completion of the treatment or, where agreed in advance, before the treatment.
15. Gift vouchers
Gabriella Kozmetika offers gift vouchers.
Gift vouchers can be purchased in person at the place of service and currently cannot be purchased directly through the website.
A gift voucher:
- may be used up to the value shown on it,
- cannot be exchanged for cash, unless the law provides otherwise,
- can only be replaced if lost where the purchase can be properly verified,
- must be used within the validity period shown on it.
Current voucher values and conditions are available at the place of service.
16. Complaints and feedback
Gabriella Kozmetika aims for every client to be satisfied with the service.
If a client has a complaint, comment or objection, please raise it with Gabriella as soon as possible.
Complaints are reviewed in good faith, taking the circumstances into account, with the aim of finding an appropriate solution.
These Terms do not limit the client's rights under the law.
17. Liability
Gabriella Kozmetika performs the services with due care and in compliance with professional and hygiene requirements.
The provider is not liable for consequences arising from:
- health or other relevant information withheld by the client,
- disregard of a known contraindication,
- failure to follow aftercare recommendations,
- or an individual, unforeseeable reaction of the client.
This section does not limit any liability of the provider that cannot be excluded or limited under the law.
18. Photography and use of images
Photographs or other images of a client may only be taken and used for marketing or social media purposes on the basis of appropriate consent.
Personal images are not published for marketing purposes without the client's consent.
Consent relating to the use of images is handled in accordance with the applicable data protection information.
19. Data protection
Gabriella Kozmetika processes clients' personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union.

Gabriella Kozmetika aims to keep the service, price and other information on the website accurate and up to date.
Prices, treatments, contact details and other information may change.
Images on the website may be illustrative and do not necessarily guarantee the exact result of a treatment or an identical result for every client.
21. Amendment of the Terms
Gabriella Kozmetika reserves the right to amend these Terms, in particular in the case of changes to services, prices, operating conditions or the legal environment.
The amended Terms apply once published on the website.
22. Governing law
These Terms and the services of Gabriella Kozmetika are governed by the Hungarian legislation in force from time to time.
Matters not regulated in these Terms are governed by the provisions of the applicable Hungarian law.
